I loved staying here! The location was perfect for me, as it was near some of the popular attractions. I felt very safe walking around here too. The room was fantastic, and clean. I loved the complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk the staff provided, and the bed was so comfy. The staff were very helpful, especially the Bulgarian receptionist.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with popular attractions such as the science and natural history museums just across the road. It was also conveniently located near two tube stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind and friendly, providing a warm welcome and helpful service. the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, nice furniture, and luxurious amenities such as robes and slippers.
One negative aspect was the limited breakfast options, with some guests experiencing a disorganized and unsatisfactory breakfast situation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quieter area but just a few blocks from the Victoria & Albert Museum and Kensington Gardens. It was also conveniently close to tube stations, specifically the Gloucester Road tube station. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and it provided a quiet and comfortable environment.

We had a great stay at 54 Queen'S Gate and were actually surprised when we received a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff, especially Nick on Reception, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even enjoyed complimentary soft drinks when we returned to collect our luggage after checking out. The location was ideal, and the hotel was recently refurbished and very clean.
